one week before the endline evaluation compared to 13.9% who reported contractive use at baseline. Among female respondents, the ability to say no to a partner’s requests for sex increased at the endline

compared to baseline. While 38.3% of female respondents reported being able to say no to sex at baseline, 58.3% gave a similar report at the end. Furthermore, among female respondents, the ability to ask their partner to use a condom was higher at the endline, compared to the baseline.
