🎯 Physical Inactivity is one of the leading global risk factors for Non Communicable Diseases (NCDs), contributing significantly to premature death and illness 😷 🤒 🤧
🎯 According to the World Health Organization, 31% of adults and 80% of adolescents globally do not meet the Recommended Physical Activity levels (WHO, 2024).
🎯 Just 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity per week can dramatically reduce the risk of ChronicIllness and improve mental and cognitive health (WHO, 2024).
🎯 Joint activities with members of the family such as hiking, cycling, Dance Sessions at home, or preparing Healthy Meals together not only improve Physical Fitness but also enhance Emotional Bonding and Reduce Stress (Aspire Recovery Center, 2025).
